We have had the same experience at King's College London. I first sent
the problem to SD, they eventually sent it to Athens and I have
demonstrated the problem to the RefWorks rep, but so far no solution has
been found by any of them. I guess we have to keep on pushing. Any
volunteers to do the nagging!
I don't know of any mailing lists for RefWorks, only for the
ResearchSoft programs.
