Any thoughts on off site training?
We are re-vamping the training which the Information and Research unit provides to the rest of our organisation and are hoping/intending to offer 'virtual' training sessions to our overseas offices using telephone and live internet relay services (such as 'Net Meeting ' ). If all goes as planned, those receiving the offsite training will be able to view the trainers pc screen and get the benefit of the session without being in the building ( or in the country). I just wondered if anyone on the list had any experience of offsite training done in this fashion and could give us the benefit of their experience, or advise as to the pit falls we might encounter.
Any thoughts would be gratefully received.
