WoK Intensive Update Training - Final Reminder for April

The ISI Web of Knowledge Service for UK Education now features quarterly updates
and enhancements with several new features made available in each of these
quarterly upgrades. In order to support this MIMAS and Thomson Scientific are
offering a series of FREE 'Intensive Update' training sessions for library and
support staff in order to explore these enhancements and introduce future
developments.
This training proved to be very successful in March and due to popularity of
this course we are advising anyone who would like to attend any of the dates in
April to book a place as soon as possible.
Please be advised that the following dates and venues are now available:
- 24 April 2006: University of Birmingham: 13.00 - 16.00
- 25 April 2006: University of Oxford: 13.00 - 16.00,
- 26 April 2006: The University of Manchester: 13.30 - 16.30
- 27 April 2006: Robert Gordon University: 13.00 - 16.00
- 28 April 2006: Kings College London: 13.00 - 16.00**Limited spaces available**
Programme
These workshops will:
- feature an intensive exploration of new enhancements to the Web of Knowledge
and Web of Science
- provide the opportunity to participate in a structured hands-on session using
workbooks
- include an optional session looking at future developments and additional
products highlights
- provide the opportunity for an informal hands-on for any/all products
