Dear All,
It is not too late to sign up for this years NW CoFHE AGM and Topical talks, which are of relevance to all libraries, so please forgive this posting to the list, but I feel that all libraries may benefit from attendance at this event. Already we have almost 40 delegates attending the event.
Please find below the Flyer for the AGM and Talks.
There is limited parking on the Campus, although parking is available across the road at Alban Retail Park for visitors, also excellent public transport is available.
Finally, the presentations will cover : What we have learned from user observation
Designing with the customer's needs first
What we can learn from retail about engaging customers and how to adapt this to a library environment
The need to change the back-end as well as the front end
Planning for success
Ubiquitous technology
'You don't have to be uncomfortable to learn'
Managing change.
Regards
Mike
