Dear Catherine,
I can't help with the McCloskey ref, but we have just received from BL for one of our users the following item, which might be what you want.
Mullarkey, S; Warr, P. etal: Measures of job satisfaction, mental health & job related
well-being.
1999, Inst. of Work Psychology & ESRC Centre for organisation & innovation.
This sounds a bit like what you're after.
Maggie

Subject: Research questionnaires
Hello
A plea for advice. One of researchers is after health questionnaires or scales. I can
find references to them in journal articles, but do not know whether they exist in a full
text report or manual. Does anyone have any ideas?
This is what the researcher asked for:
"I am also trying to track down a suitable job satisfaction measure to use in a
healthcare
environment. There are a couple of questionnaires I have come across whilst researching
but I have
been unable to get hold of copies of them. The names of the questionnaires are below:
- Warr, Cook, Wall Job Satisfaction Scale
- McCloskey and Mueller Satisfaction Scale (MMSS)"
Thanks
Cath
