Hi - I'm not quite sure I'm following what is going on here (steve is
away for a while).
Something seems to have gone wrong with the scaling.
Previously, your maximum positive value was 4x your max negative
value, but it looks as though after scaling, your max negative value
is much bigger than your max positive value. Is this right? If so, I
guess something has gone wrong with the scaling.
Also, are the negative MD values outside the brain? If you have
negative MD values inside the brain, there may be a problem with your
data (probably with the processing though)
