Hi,
The second level feat analysis keeps crashing at the stage of creating time
series plots.
The following shows two parts of the error message in the report.log:
----------------------------------------------------
An exception has been thrown
Logic error:- detected by Newmat: incompatible submatrix dimension

What do you think is causing this problem?
p.s.
To give you some information about my experimental design, I have 17
subjects and each subject has 3 separate runs. In the second level, I have
17 EVs for each subject, and each EV pools over 3 runs.
In the first level, I have 7 evs (custom 3 column format) for each
functional runs except for one. In one functional run, the 7th ev (which
codes for error trials) was not used, because there was no error trial.
The contrasts were the same for all subjects.
The report.log is attached.
Sorry for the complicated explanation.
Thank you for your help,
Soohyun.
