Yes, that is our experience and Mark Jenkinson had planned to update the

Subject: [FSL] FUGUE with SENSE
Hi,
I just would like to verify, if I am thinking about the $SUBJ correctly.
If I
acquire EPI 128x128 volume with a SENSE factor of 2, in fact I collect
only
128x64 samples with (potentially) the same DWELL time. The only chance
to
include the reduction of the echo train length in calculation of the
unwarping field is to enter DWELL/2, since FUGUE determines the size of
phase-encoding matrix automatically from the EPI image and the phase
encoding
direction given on the command line.
Do I get it right? Thanks,
Martin
