Hi Andreas
thanks for helping. Now I have converted my .txt-files into a *.mat and a
*.con file.
But the same error message (Aborted (core dumped)) occurs.
Do you think that the contents of my *.mat and my*.con files are OK?
What does mean the two lines starting with "/Custom 0 /usr/local/..." in
the .mat file?
Do I need these two lines if all files are in one directory?
Do you know whether randomise was tested in cygwin?
Best regards
Juergen

> mv designmat.txt design.mat
> randomise -i flow_all_subjects -o twosample_ttest -d
> design.mat -t design.con -m avg152T1_edges
