Subject: Re: new matlab interface to winbugs

I have fixed a few minor bugs in matbugs.m, as follows.
- I updated the .m files on the web page to match the .zip file on the web
which is available here
http://www.cs.ubc.ca/~murphyk/Software/MATBUGS/matbugs.html
so everything should now be consistent.
- I replaced the call to 'padarray' (which is a function in the image
processing toolbox)
with the equivalent native matlab commands - thanks to
Andrew Jackson <[log in to unmask]> for this.
- I changed the demo files so they call matbugs with 'view' = 0
instead of view=1.
If view=0, matbugs calls winbugs and then immediately return control
to matlab, without giving you a chance to view the winbugs output. If
you set view=1, then it will pause, to let you view the output, but
then you must *explicitly close the winbugs window* (by clikcing on
the icon) to return control to matlab. Several people were instead
pressing control-C in matlab and getting this error
Error in ==> matbugs at 168
dos(str); % DOS wants a\b
Sorry I didn't explain this the first time. I have updated the
documentation accordingly.
