Please circulate the following information to any interested parties:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Due to staff shortages, the Town House office will be closed on
Wednesday 6th September, and will be closed between 12.30pm and 1.30pm
every Wednesday until further notice.
Please note that we may also have to close over the lunchtime period on
other days at short notice.
As a result we ask any prospective visitors to the Town House office to
contact us in advance and advise which records are required. Please
phone 01224 522513.
Please note these changes in service are only to the Town House branch.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY CLOSURE
Both offices of Aberdeen City Archives will be closed on Friday 22nd
and Monday 25th September due to public holidays.
ANNUAL STOCKTAKING CLOSURE
Both offices of Aberdeen City Archives will be closed to the public for
our annual stocktake from Monday 20th November to Friday 1st December
inclusive. Please contact either 01224 522513 or 01224 481775 for
further information.
Old Aberdeen House will reopen to the public on Monday 4th December and
the Town House office on Wednesday 6th December as normal.
