The Dover reprint of the C.S.Smith translation of "Divers Arts" should be
easy to find, (abebooks.com has one for US$7.50).
I would also suggest "Sources for the History of the Science of Steel" again
by C.S.Smith, (abebooks.com has one for US$12.50), as it has a section of
renaissance quenchant receipes in it.
