Hello,
Our Diversity Awareness and Disability Awareness Workshops are compulsory
for all staff but I do not have access to any research into the effects of
this practice.

Subject: Compulsory diversity and equality training?
Dear colleagues,
Has anyone considered making attendance at diversity and equality training
compulsory? I am interested in any work done in this area, and whether or
not you decided in favour or against a compulsory approach. Also, any
research into the effects of such an approach.
Please reply off line to: [log in to unmask]
Best wishes, Jannine
