Hi all.
Happy 2006 to everyone.
Apologies if this message will generate lots of "out
of office replies", but I am urgently seeking any
comments on the usage of Access Statements in Listed
Building Consent Application.
With reference to the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Regulations 2005, which stipulates
the use of access statements in LBC, I seek to find
out whether;
Q1. Has it been implemented yet (in your council)?
Q2. If yes, do you mind revealing the name of the
proposal concerned, and/or could I contact the
conservation/planning officer involved? Or contact
you?
Q3. Do you think that access statements will be a
successful mechanism in control? Would it work the
same way with listed buildings as it would with new
buildings? If not, why?
This is purely for research.
Thank you.
