You can set the assignment tolerances via the Edit Spectrum poup. However,
these should be plenty big enough for most purposes.
It may be best to get peak alignment more consistant. If using the peak
picker is not finding maxima, where you know there to be a peak, then
manually adding peaks after using the right mouse menu option Peak::Center
z planes on a well located peak will give a precise alignment.
