Use whatever your local spinal unit use, at least as a starting point.
Their priorities for receiving patients with spinal injuries shouldn't
be that different from the sending unit, and would assist communication.
We used to have one we were sent by Oddstock (Salisbury).
I'll see if I can dig it out, but there is bound to be a more up to date
version: give them a ring.
