Can you do a high resolution scan (say 300 dpi or above), and email
or CD it to the Archive? We've got broadband, so size wouldn't be a
problem. The higher the resolution the better, in archival terms. I
would then burn onto a MAM/Matsui Gold CD, sleeve it in an archival
envelope, catalogue and pop it into an archival box (buffered,
water-proof, and with carbon to absorb potentially damaging gasses),
and have it available here for researchers and others (if
appropriate, for example, a copy could even be uploaded to the Internet).
