Hi,
I'm trying to create a project by importing an ANSIG setup with
formatConverter -> Import ANSIG project file. That seems to go OK, but
when i try to repoen the saved project with either analysis or
formatConverter they just hang up. On interuption with Ctrl-C I always
get:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File
"/usr/local/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/analysis/AnalysisGui.py", line
165, in ?
main(filename, max_size)

if (os.path.exists(url.path)):
File "/usr/lib/python2.2/posixpath.py", line 171, in exists
st = os.stat(path)
So I modified /usr/local/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/memops/general/Io.py
def validateProjectPaths(project, showWarning = None, askDir = None,
askFile = None,
defaultUrls = None, applicationName = ''):
if (askDir):
# check whether used urls exist
movedPaths = {}
for url in project.urls:
print repr(url)
Now when I use analysis (formatConverter's texts window appears but the
content is invisible) I see
analysis HSQC_titration.xml

before the hang. How do I find which Url is giving the problem?
