Hi all,
The main changes in the FormatConverter distribution are the addition of
the DataShifter, the possibility to create Entries, and a significant
speed increase in linkResonances. See below for details and other
changes... .
* DataShifter: to copy data (e.g. peakLists) between projects.
* Entry creation: an Entry is a way of grouping together information
within a project, for example for archiving purposes. You can now also
add relevant people, organisations and citations to a project. All this
information will be used when it becomes possible to deposit CCPN files
at the MSD (by the end of this year).
* Added help text for above to documentation
* linkResonances should run significantly faster due to better handling of
ChemAtomSysNames.
* linkResonances will now try to group unrecognized resonances by name
automatically.
* Added function to delete all application data from a project (so it
'forgets' all previous specific import/export information).
* Added support for CYANA version 2.1
* Added partial support for PISTACHIO
* ChemComp information updated (also on MSD website)
* Improved PDB file reading
* Fixed some minor problems in application data handling
* Now sets new ExpDim and ExpDimRef level links between new NMR experiment
and reference experiment.
* Reset default experiment -> external peak list mapping for new
reference experiment (NmrExpPrototype) setup.
Bye,
Wim
