There are two versions still around, STARLSE ported to UNIX tpu and
EDSTAR, a version re-written for Emacs. These are both in RFWS's
directories on saturn:
/home/rfws/software/starlse
/home/rfws/software/edstar_98
Well out of date and unused (except by David B I think), so have fun.
