Since the new AzEl system in the AST SkyFrame class will require the
observer's longitude and latitude, I have rationalised the use of
attributes which describe these values. I have removed the GeoLon and
GeoLat attributes from the SpecFrame class, and the ClockLon and ClockLat
attributes from the TimeFrame class, and added new ObsLon and ObsLat
attributes to the Frame class.
So from now on, code which previously used the old attribute names should
swap to the new attribute names.
However, for backward compatibility, the new version of AST (V4.1) does
in fact allow GeoLon and ClockLon to be used as synonyms for ObsLon, and
GeoLat and ClockLat to be used as synonyms for ObsLat. Also, object dumps
created with old versions of AST can be read by the new version.
