Hi all, and with apologies for cross-posting,
I thought this was timely given the discussion recently. This survey came to
me from the Compliance Pipeline newsletter
(http://www.compliancepipeline.com/newsletter.jhtml), and asks the question,
"Even after all the recent horror stories, we still hear that many of you
are still not archiving e-mail and instant messages to meet regulatory
requirements. So let's get a count. How many of you are archiving your
electronic communications as business records? No, regular backups of the
e-mail server don't count."
It's a one-question survey - check the results by voting at
http://www.compliancepipeline.com/vote/050722_email.jhtml. Take it and
answer MY survey:
1. Are you surprised by the results?
2. What did you expect to see?
Cheers,
