Hi Pam,
There are numerous programs in the U.S. beyond those already mentioned and some are just developing. At the University of Maine, we have concentrations in dis studies at both grad and undergrad levels of study, that can be combined with most degree
programs throughout the university. Eastern Washington University, NYU, Columbia all have disability studies courses and or programs and it seems like a good way to choose is to take a look at who is publishing work that resonates with you and
contact that school to see if you might be able to work out the best program for your interests.
please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
best,
Liz
