I'm doing a small research project on the use of fiction in teaching geography. I was wondering if there are any list members who use fiction in their courses? I'm especially interested in hearing from those who work in UK departments as most of the literature on this is derived from experiences in the US classroom. I'd really like to know what novels have been used and how people have successfully engaged students in critically reading fiction. Please contact me directly and I will post a list of returns to the list if folks are interested?
Many thanks,
Clare
