medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
My dictionary is simply deficient. But "cephalophore" is an adjective
according to this website:
http://www.bath.ac.uk/lispring/sourcearchive/ns3/ns3tgh1.htm
so my question #1 remains. This website mentions British saints and the
connection of cephalophoria (if the word doesn't exist, it should) with
wells.
