Just resizing the window a little is enough to make the last row(s)
appear. Also, if you sort the table rows according to "Delta" by clicking
on the top of the column you can bring the new resonance option to the
top.

No. This issue is due to a complex situation that arises when multiple
expanding Tkinter canvases compete for window real estate. Sometimes a
table reconfigure event is missed when another table shrinks or expands.
However, this is better than the (dis)appearance or rows in one table
always effecting the rows of another, and vice versa causing an endless
cycle.
I'll take another look at the table code though.
