Dear All,
At CCPN we are getting to make a reference description of teh most common
NMR experiments to be distributed with Analysis. This will be integrated,
wo you can select experiment and variant (e.g. HACcacoNNH) from a series
of menus, and get you Experiments, with reference dimensions etc. set up
correctly to the smallest details allowed by the data model.
We have the machinery in the data model, but we would like your help with
choosing which experiments are needed. If you have time, could you read
through this list and tell us what is missing?
NOTE: The way things are organised, we will have an entry for every
magnerisation transfer path. So for instance a single 5D HACACONNH entry
will cover 3D HAcacoNNH, 4D HACAcoNNH, 3D HNcocaHA, reduced-dimensionality
variants, etc.
NOTE: The difference between e.g. HNC and HNCO is that the former can
accept any carbon, where the latter requires a carbon in the apprropriate
frequency range
Thanks for your help,
Rasmus
