British Academy Centenary Research Project Research Fellowship
Applications are invited for a two year Research Fellowship, to commence on October 1st 2005, funded by the British Academy Centenary Research 'Project Lucy to Language: The Archaeology of the Social Brain'. The successful applicant will work with Professor Clive Gamble at the Department of Geography, Royal Holloway University of London on a project investigating social change at the end of the Pleistocene and during the early Holocene. Applicants will be expected to have a PhD, an interest in material culture approaches to archaeological data and experience in analysing complex data-sets. They must also be able to demonstrate their ability to work in an interdisciplinary framework.
Salary is in the range £21,594 to £23,774 inclusive of London allowance depending on experience.
