The ICRM is an independent testing body. You do not have to be a
member of ARMA to sit for the ICRM exams. Although I can not speak for
the ICRM Board of Regents I will make them aware of this discussion.
In addition ARMA's membership structure is based upon chapters or
independent memberships ie not affiliated with a chapter. Anyone can
become a member of ARMA. Attendance at the annual conference includes
a membership if you are not a member. more info about ARMA can be
