Lao Disabled People’s Associaiton
Lao Disabled People’s Association (LDPA) is a non-governmental
organization, self-help organization. LDPA is to serve the needs of
People with Disability throughout the country; promote and protect their
rights.
Post of Expatriate Advisor
LDPA is urgently seeking to appoint a new Expatriate Advisor to assist
its Committee with the development of the Association.
The appointment will be made as soon as possible and will continue until
October 2007. Candidates will:
- have excellent English
- preferably speak Lao
- have excellent interpersonal skills
- show significant management capabilities
- have strong report-writing experience, and
- exhibit first-class computer ability.
The position is funded by UK-sourced grants from The Diana, Princess of
Wales Memorial Fund and the Department for International Development.
Salary will be at an excellent rate for a local appointment. All normal
expenses incurred in pursuit of the programme will be paid.
Preference will be given to disabled applicants.
