Another manifestation fo the 'whole new internet' thing that's going around.
I got this one from Weblogg-ed News http://www.weblogg-ed.com/, an excellent
blog which is 'Tapping the power and potential of the read/write Web
(Weblogs, wikis, RSS, furl, flickr, podcasting, etc.) in the classroom.'
It's a very useful and clear Powerpoint presentation (could do with some
copy-editing though)
Web 2.0 <http://www.weblogg-ed.com/2005/05/29#a3609>
By Will R. on Read/Write Web I think this slide from a presentation by Jim
Cuene titled "Web 2.0: Is it a Whole New Internet?
http://cuene.typepad.com/MiMA.1.ppt " does a pretty good job of summing up
the differences between Web 1.0 and Web 2.0. We really have arrived at a Web
that is very different from what came before, and I continue to just be
amazed by the creative, powerful ways in which people are starting to use
it.
