Hi everyone,
Gender and Memory:
I hope you all received the web address for the conference programme and
booking form which was posted earlier. If not it is repeated below.
I would like to thank Yvonne McKenna who has done a marvellous job of
organising what looks like an excellent programme.
The themes of the conference include Autobiography: Crime and
Punishment: Archiving Women: Oral Histories: Movements for Social
Change: Gender and Migration: Motherhood: Women Writing: Moving Bodies:
Ireland Imagined.
You will notice reading through the programme that some sessions still
require chairs, if you are interested in attending the conference and
(perhaps if you are not giving a paper yourself) would like to volunteer
to chair a session please let Yvonne know through this address.
I look forward to seeing many of you at the conference,
Louise Ryan
