In Durham we have (had) the same problem. One of the things I found was
that the edg-rgma-servicetool had failed. When I started that I got
locally a full output on
the edg-rgma -c <full string as listed in test report>
However on the web page displaying the test report that information is not
display and that test seems to fail externely.
