I would like to draw your attention to an ESRC CASE studentship in the
Department of Sociological Studies, University of Sheffield in collaboration
with the UK Department for Work and Pensions. The studentship is fully funded
for 3 years (tuition fees plus £16,000pa) beginning October 1st 2005.
A conceptual and comparative analysis of how social security and benefits
systems in OECD countries affect the labour market participation of partnered

Policy or related discipline and a masters qualification in line with ESRC +3
