There's both peakDim.boxWidth and peakDim.lineWidth in the Data Model.

As you might have seen there is some future provision for peak sizes in
the shift matching popup - line width multipler etc. Although, until we
are setting these values for the peakDims it won't mean much.
Maybe with the new peak pickers (in the next release) we will begin to set
box width. Wayne?
