If the student's costs are at all a matter of concern,
she may be pleasantly suprised upon investigating
either of Bernadette's suggestions as well as the one
below.

I'm sorry I've not kept up with their programme in
recent years, but had I been asked this question
10 years ago, I would not have hesitated to recommend
not only the above schools but also the University of
Western Ontario in London, Ontario.

I'd encourage enquires of all three of these schools.
