Yes, that's what the prophesies claim. There's a book called "The Last Pope" by Malachi Martin that details the descriptions and how they relate to each pope. Scarily accurate, really. Another reason why I feel that I shouldn't have to pay off my credit card bills any time soon...
Wished I could have commented earlier on the popes' names thread, but I've been really busy lately with newspaper, tv, and radio interviews concerning the death of the pope. These are my two weeks of glory and fame, so I'm milking it for all I can...(because then I'll be forgotten until the next pope passes on, and who knows when that will be.) :)
