Dear All,
Can anyone help with this? A client has been informed that as of the 1st
July this year the EU Savings Directive means that their company will have
to send an "Exchange of Information" file to the Luxembourg Tax Authority in
a FISC 39 format. I've got the Directive 2003/48/EC of 3 June 2003 on
taxation of savings income in the form of interest payments but I can't find
any mention of this FISC 39 form/format anywhere. I've tried the Inland
Revenue and been passed from pillar to post!
Has anyone else heard of this or does anyone know where I can find a copy of
it?
Any hints or clues much appreciated!
Kind regards,
Elaine
