'Lucifer' is also printed in Andrew Rutherford's
"Early Verse by Rudyard Kipling 1879-1889" (pp.342-3
of my paperback edition). It has a note on the
publishing history and five footnotes on the text. If
you can't get hold of it, I can send you a copy.
