Surely the tcl dependency is a configure dependency (since the check for
tcl is done at configure time). Not sure if that makes a difference for
the standalone builds though. [especially given that the linux build
completed last night]
Polka also needs startcl so there should be a startcl dependency.
(but it's only a runtime dependency I think, assuming you don't mind the
awish path not being hard-wired into the app).
