Summary: No libfitsio.a ?
Product: FITSIO
Version: unspecified
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P3
Component: FITSIO
AssignedTo: [log in to unmask]
ReportedBy: [log in to unmask]
QAContact: [log in to unmask]
Not sure if this is really a bug... In the "old" Starlink there was libfitsio.a
and libcfitsio.a in /star/lib and libfitsio.so in /star/share. In the CVS
Starlink, there is only libcfitsio.a in lib/ so `fitsio_link` on a link line for
my own Fortran code doesn't work when it did previously. If I use `cfitsio_link`
it works again.
Is it supposed to be like this (only libcfitsio.a), is it a pecularity of my 64
bit system (wouldn't be the first time...) or is something incorrect ?
Cheers,
Tim
