Thank you very much, Karen.
I will definitely get in touch with Prof Olgivie and actually no, I hadn't
been told about the Linnean Society Library before and it hadn't occurred to
me. I've just been to their website and I will send an email to Gina Douglas
now.
The exhibition you are working on sounds interesting: where in the US will
it be on and until when? I'll be returning to the US in July, I'll be
working with a curator assistant at the entomology department of the NMNH.
About North America and XVIII century the name Mark Catesby and his "The
Natural History of Carolina, Florida and the Bahama Islands" occurs to me.
Then there's Thomas Say with "American Entomology" but he might be from the
XIX century. Anyway, I'm sure you are familiar with their work and I don't
know if they would fit in the scope of your exhibition.
Once again thank you very much for your help,
Diana
