We are seeking to recruit four archaeologists to work on the Norfolk Heritage Explorer Project.
Records Team Leader (one vacancy) - £15,675 - £17,469
Records Assistant (three vacancies) - £14,364 - £15,372
These are Fixed Term Appointments for two years.
The Norfolk Heritage Explorer Project is supported by the National Lottery through the Heritage Lottery Fund.
You will have a degree in archaeology or a related discipline, a sound knowledge of all aspects of British archaeology and a commitment to promoting public interest in and involvement with the historic environment. You will be able to assess and synthesise archaeological data, and prepare written texts to a very high standard of clarity and literacy. The main task for the records team will be to create and input accessible Summaries of 40,000 HER records.
