Dear All,
I am happy to say that we now have seven volunteers in the sub-group to
comment on the draft of the AACR3 document. We have initial permission for
ten names so there is still space if you want to put yourself forward. Here
is an updated list:
John Chapman, University of Minnesota Libraries, USA
Brad Eden, University of Nevada, USA
Christine Frodl, Die Deutsche Bibliothek, Germany
Diane Hillman, Cornell University, USA
Paula Goossens, Koninklijke Bibliotheek Albert I, Belgium
Dan Mattei, Institutul de Memorie Culturala, Romania
Elaine Westbrookes, Cornell University, USA
Plus Matthew Beacom as the JSC liaison.
There is a useful document giving the background to the current draft of the
General Rules called "Draft of AACR3 part I - Background" and it is
available at
http://www.collectionscanada.ca/jsc/aacr3draftpt1.html
Regards,
Robina
