Hi there everybody.
To Private Sector colleagues in organisations working for Public Bodies -
are you spending any time dealing with Public Sector Clients, which are
following the D C A Code of Practice in contacting you before considering
releasing information provided by your organisation?
As Consultants focusing on job analyses, salary and benefits advice across
the Public Sector, we are obviously working in sensitive and controversial
sectors, (with stringent Confidentaility agreements in place) so it may be
that other companies aren't experiencing the same traffic. However,
currently it's taking about 5 working days a month - analysing the requests
and formulating our responses. I'm concerned that when we have processes in
place and consequently should spend less time on that aspect, it will be
balanced by an increase in the volume of requests.
To Public Sector colleagues - are you all following the D C A CoP and
contacting the Private Sector organisations and what sort of responses are
you getting?
Looking forward to your responses, happy to discuss, talk
Best regards
