medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Since our students would probably check the web for acceptability in such
matters, a google search shows lots of uses of "fauxpas" in various connections
(site names, user names, product lines, etc. -- with lots of German sites) and
some uses of "faux-pas" (although hard to locate in google, which doesn't
recognize the hyphen as such), along with more "normal" usage. Normative
linguists may take it as a warning!?
