I would be interested to know if other authorities have much experience
of negotiating s106 agreements for library services. In my estimation,
there is a significant amount of money we could generate here, but there
doesn't seem to be any national formula or even a consensus on how to go
about it.
The more we start to raise this issue with developers and planners -
nationally - the better chance we have of making our voice heard and
thus securing monies.
