I think you might want to clarify what you mean by 'volunteering'
('museum', perhaps, too). Do you include everyone who works for
museums, and does not receive a salary as a volunteer (everyone from a
Trustee of the British Museum on up)? Or are you restricting this to
people fulfilling a certain (limited) number of roles, always in
relation to permanent, salaried staff?
