Hmm, maybe Northumbrian attitudes to population shift changed later on. I
remember asking my Great Aunt who lived (and was born in), in Seahouses
about the person she constantly referred to as "The New Woman Down the
Street". It turned out that the lady in question had moved into her
present address a mere 24 years earlier...........
