I almost forgot. We have moved most of our development repository to
SourceForge, i.e. it is publicly available now:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/ccpn/
You can either browse the repository online (link at the bottom of that
page) or check it out anonymously:
cvs -d:pserver:[log in to unmask]:/cvsroot/ccpn co .
This is unlikely to be of interest to most people, but, for example, that
updated installCode.py script mentioned in the previous email is there, so
you can download that (best to go via the browse option if you only want
one file).
The reasons the repository is unlikely to be of interest:
(1) The repository does not contain the API, only the model. The API is
auto-generated from a script, so you have to run that script (not that big
a deal). (The script is python/memops/scripts/makePython.py)
But more importantly:
(2) The repository does not contain the Analysis code because that falls
under the CCPN license, which is not "open source" the way I understand
it. The CCPN license is there so that only CCPN members can use the code,
which means free for academics and a fee for corporations. Thus the
Analysis code remains in our private repository for now.
(The FormatConverter code is all in the SourceForge repository so if that
is what you want then this second point is not an issue and keeping up
with the SourceForge repository makes more sense.)
